If you have sewn up anything Liberty you know the quality you are getting.  Tana Lawn is a cotton fabric produced through a bespoke process. 

In one of my sewing clubs we were discussing what word could describe the feeling of Liberty Lawn Fabric ...silky.  It just has a lovely silkiness.  It was even suggested as a luxurious lining in a "Classic French Jacket".
