Policies

Business Hours:

Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 9 to 5 pm EST.  If you have questions, or need assistance, please contact us at your convenience. However, we will respond back to you during our normal business hours. 

 

Yardage:

Our fabrics and trimmings are sold by the yard.  Presently, we are limited by our technical platform and do not have the ability to provide yardage increments.  

 

Shipping Policy:

For all domestic orders under $150 we offer a $9.99 flat shipping rate.  

Orders over $150 after any discounts have been applied, ship free.

Currently we are not accepting international orders.

We ship orders Monday - Friday. Orders received before 1pm are processed same day.  Exceptions to this policy would occur when we have increased volume.  Rest assured, your fabric will be shipped as soon as possible.

Any orders received after that time will be processed the following day. If you placed your order on Friday after 1pm, your order will be processed the following Monday. We do not ship orders out on holidays or weekends.

Shipping times can be between 5 -14 business days. These times may vary during holiday seasons. Once a package leaves our boutique, we are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.  

 

 

Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase.  Our fabrics are of the highest quality and are prepared for you with the greatest care. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on merchandise that is in new condition and has not been altered, cut, laundered, or changed in any way.  

All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping costs and you will be responsible for return shipping and associated costs. 

You must first contact us for a Return Authorization Number, any merchandise returned to us without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted and will not be issued a refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Upon approval, you will be refunded on your original payment method. (Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.)

Exceptions

Vintage, specialty and final sale products are not returnable.

 

Swatches

We are happy to provide swatches of most of our fabrics and recommend requesting a swatch before purchasing goods from our online boutique. We will send up to 5 swatches without charge.

However, due to their special quality, we do not provide swatches for trimmings, vintage fabrics or specialty fabrics.  If you have an interest in these products but want more detail, please contact us at contact@fancyfrocksfabrics.com and we will be glad to help you with your purchasing decision.
