Refund policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase.  Our fabrics are of the highest quality and are prepared for you with the greatest care. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on merchandise that is in new condition and has not been altered, cut, laundered, or changed in any way.  

All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping costs and you will be responsible for return shipping and associated costs. 

You must first contact us for a Return Authorization Number, any merchandise returned to us without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted and will not be issued a refund.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@fancyfrocksfabrics.com . Provide your order information and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with a Return Authorization Number.

We will notify you once we’ve received your return. All refunds will be issued on your original payment method. (Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.)

Exceptions

Vintage, specialty and final sale products are not returnable.

 

Swatches

We are happy to provide swatches of most of our fabrics and recommend requesting a swatch before purchasing goods from our online boutique. We will send up to 3 swatches without charge.

However, due to their special quality, we do not provide swatches for trimmings, vintage fabrics or specialty fabrics.  If you have an interest in these products but want more detail, please contact us at and we will be glad to help you with your purchasing decision.
