**Discounted price reflects adjustment due to a flaw near the selvedge. The flaws are white, in a streak like shape near the selvedge. It looks like there must have been something in the way during fabric processing. This does not represent a weakness in the cloth.  Most of the streaks are very close to the selvedge and can be avoided however, there are some that are about 3 inches in from the selvedge.
